It seems Dell doesn’t believe there’s much profit to be made in the Android slate tablet market. The company has decided to switch focus from these tablets to more 2-in-1 devices with Windows, along with Chromebook laptops. The company says they are discontinuing their Venue 8 7000 tablet and it will no longer receive OS updates.
