In light of recent reports on their recent layoffs, Cyanogen Inc.’s CEO and co-founder, Kirt McMaster has clarified that Cyanogen is not pivoting towards apps. The company is still an OS company and it stands by its mission of creating an “Open Android”. Reports on the contrary were mentioned to be false.
