ASUS’s recent partnership with DTS Inc. has enabled them to launch the first smartphone (the ZenFone 3 Ultra) with DTS Headphone:X 7.1 surround sound. The company has confirmed this new partnership will also allow them to include this technology in other devices like the ZenPad Z8 from Verizon, and “several” unannounced ASUS ZenPad tablets.
