In 2015, and in retaliation to the FCC’s new Net Neutrality laws, companies like AT&T and Comcast formed the United States Telecom Association and filed a case against the FCC. The D.C Appeals Court was given the case and refuses to let the case go through. They say the FCC has the authority to make as well as enforce those Net Neutrality laws.
