Chinese giant Tencent has secured an $8.6 Billion deal to purchase 84.3% stake in the makers of popular games like Clash of Clans, Boom Beach and Clash Royale, from Japanese giant SoftBank. The deal values Finland-based Supercell at $10.2 Billion. Tencent also mentioned that Supercell’s current management would maintain their operational independence.
