A recent report about Samsung claims the company is shifting to a post-smartphone era and this piece of news shows how dedicated they are to that belief. Samsung has just announced they will be investing $1.2 billion over the next 4 years to developer their Internet of Things platform. Samsung Vice Chairman even says the IoT will be the center of Samsung’s strategy going forward.
