Trend Micro has spotted a new piece of Android malware that contains multiple root exploits to inject malicious code into your smartphone or tablet. The root exploits target Android 5.1 and earlier and is reportedly already infecting 850,000 devices. Trend Micro even claims there are apps in the Google Play Store that include this malware, and use “Summer Flashlight” as an example.
