Some users who are running the Android N Developer Preview 4 are noticing their devices endlessly rebooting while they have WiFi enabled. This is happening on the Nexus 5X as well as the Xperia Z3, but thankfully Google was able to spot the bug. The report has been closed and it is said to be fixed in a future release.
