Google Patches System UI Memory Leak in Android 6.0

Dating all the way back to November of last year, there have been reports of a System UI memory leak in Android 6.0 Marshmallow. A Google product member finally closed this ticket and said that it has been patched and will be included in a future release. We aren’t told when this patch will go out, but it will likely be in the next security update.
