Bloomberg says sources who are familiar with the matter claim YouTube has been working on an online TV streaming service since 2012. There’s said to have been a lot of urgency with the project lately as they want to have this ready by 2017. Sadly though, companies like CBS, Fox and Comcast have reportedly not signed a licensing deal just yet.
