Last year, we saw benchmarks of what was claimed to be an unannounced NVIDIA tablet with the Tegra X1 SoC. Nothing ever came of it, but this entry in the FCC database just might breathe some new life into those rumors. We’re only told that the dimensions will be 8.6″ x 4.8″ x 0.3″, it’ll weigh 12.3 ounces, and it supports 5 GHz/2.4 WiFi, micro USB and Bluetooth/Bluetooth Low Energy.
