SK Telecom is a popular wireless provider in South Korea and today they’ve announced a partnership with Samsung to deploy an IoT network. The network will use the 900Mhz spectrum and Samsung says it will be the world’s first commercial IoT-dedicated nationwide LoRaWAN network. The network will debut in Daegu next month and they hope to have it ready for the entire nation very soon.
