It’s been discovered that up to 272.3 million email accounts across multiple email services have been stolen. Most of the compromised email accounts come from the Mail.ru service, but there are others involved in this as well. If you have a Mail.ru email account, or an email account from Gmail, Yahoo or Microsoft then it’s probably in your best interest to preemptively change your password.
