Netflix recently launched their product around the world and they’ve learned a few things about how expensive cellular data can be for some people. It was recently discovered that Netflix forced throttling on cellular networks to help combat these costs. Today though, the company has announced they will give customers control over the quality of their streams while on cellular data.
