Yahoo originally purchased these 48.6 acres of land about 10 years ago for $106 million as they were wanting to create a new headquarters in Santa Clara, California. Nothing ever happened to it and to this day it remains undeveloped. It’s unknown exactly what LeEco plans to do with the land (as they’ve already opened up a headquarters in San Jose), but it seems they have big plans.
