An SEO company has taken Google to court and claims they removed hundreds of its websites back in September of 2014 for “economic” and “anti-competitive” reasons. Google has also used the 1st Amendment as a defense for these accusations but a Florida judge is allowing the lawsuit to proceed. The SEO company says they didn’t violate any rules but Google claims they were “pure spam.”
