If you use Google Play Movies on Android TV or Roku devices then you’ll be happy to hear that Dolby Digital Plus is now supported on these platforms. This will also work on Chromecast 5.1 as long as your TV supports this type of surround sound. You will need to be on the latest version of Google Play Movies to get this feature though.
