Like with much of Google’s products and services, when they are first released it is generally only the United States that has access to them. Now though, residents who live in Canada, UK, Germany, and France can purchase the cardboard variant of Google Cardboard directly from the Google Store. This does not extend to the other 3rd-party Google Cardboard viewers at this time.
