Last month, there was a new Samsung app discovered that let users tweak and modify various aspects of the UI for Galaxy smartphones. We did a full review of the app in case you want to check that out. At the time, the app hadn’t officially been announced but now that it received a major update, Samsung feels confident enough to tell us about it.
