The upcoming podcast feature for Google Play Music has been talked about all the way back in October of last year. We don’t know if Google ran into any issues or if an April launch date is what they originally intended. Either way, NPR sent out a message to its members saying “Google will launch podcasts on Android and other platforms next Monday, April 18.”
