A story went viral late last week that uncovered the horrible experience that some customers were having when they tried to get their Motorola device replaced under warranty. This week, Motorola has reached out with an official statement that says they apologize for the delays. They then ask that if you’ve experienced this issue, to call them at at 888-355-8422 so they can resolve the issue.
