According to industry sources, LG has reportedly signed a deal with GDN Enterprises so that they can manufacture smartphones in India. This would let the company keep prices lower than if they were manufactured elsewhere. The report says this won’t be a big manufacturing plant owned by LG, but it will instead be a leased plant for a couple of low-end smartphones.
