As a company with over 300,000 employees, it can be very easy for people to not have their voice heard. Executives at Samsung recognize this issue and to combat this it seems they want to encourage the popular “startup culture”. This means they want more open dialogue from every employee in the company, and will reduce the number of levels in its staff hierarchy.
