We’ve heard multiple rumors about Windows 10 Mobile being rolled out sometime in March but there were many delays that made us wonder if it was true or not. A new rumor from Evan Blass says that Microsoft will both announced and start rolling out Windows 10 Mobile today, March 17th. Legacy devices that are supported will need to manually update instead of it being automatic.
