Google wants YouTube to be synonymous with online video but there’s one key space that they’ve seemed to overlook. Live streaming has become big with services like Facebook Live, Periscope and even Meerkat but YouTube barely has a presence. They do have a streaming feature but it’s not so accessible and reports suggest that Google wants to change this with an app called YouTube Connect.
