CM 13 Release 1 marks the first stable build of CyanogeMod 13 the team has released. We’re told that this release includes all of the features and changes that come with Android 6.0.1 r17. The CM blog post also includes a changelog of the big stuff and four different update scenarios that you will want to read through before you go and flash the first stable build of CM13.
