Samsung and Apple have been going back and forth in patent lawsuits for years. Today, a US appeals court has overturned a $120 million verdict that said Samsung violated Apple’s “quick links” patent. The court also ruled that the slide-to-unlock and auto-correct patents Apple has are invalid and on top of that, they said Apple is violating a patent that Samsung owns.
