Opera Software has just launched Opera Apps Club globally in 19 countries and has partnered with 34 wireless carriers. The service is similar to Amazon Underground, where you get apps for free and in-app purchases for free too. With Opera Apps Club though, you pay a monthly service via carrier billing, which is the whole goal because not everyone has easy access to credit cards.
