David Schuster has officially confirmed that the Motorola Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx and Droid Mini will not be updated to Android 5.x Lollipop. He apologizes for the company and instead offers a discount on the Droid Turbo 2 or the Droid Maxx 2 for those who had previously purchased any of these three Verizon/Motorola Droid devices that were effected.
