Microsoft has released the Lumia 650, which is a budget device running on Windows 10. For $199, you get a 5″ OLED HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 212, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of Internal storage with optional expandibility courtesy of hybrid dual SIM slot. There’s also a 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera on board, but no Windows Continuum feature.
