It looks like some Google developers are using the public bugtracker for Chromium to track the development of an unreleased feature for Android’s version of Chrome. We see the term ‘Morning Reads’ show up in multiple reports. It looks like this feature will track your most visited websites and display new articles for you to read (probably in the morning) within the New Tab Page.
