Amazon India has just adjusted their return policy for mobile phone purchases that are fulfilled by Amazon. They will no longer be refunding any purchase of a mobile phone and instead, they will only let you receive a replacement for your product. This new return policy went into effect yesterday, February 7th, so it only applies to mobile phones purchased on or after that date.
