Unlike Android, Windows 10 Phone has a limited range of devices. A quite cheap device running Microsoft’s OS has just been announced by Bush. The Eluma model sports mediocre hardware, LTE support and costs only £79.95. If you live in the UK, this could be a great way to get familiar with Windows Phone.
