Samsung devices are not the most developer friendly. So it is indeed a monumental task in bring AOSP support to these devices in one form or the other. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has just received CyanogenMod 12.1, courtesy of XDA Senior Member DarkFrenzy. Hit up the forum thread to check out the ROM and know about the bugs beforehand!
