Qualcomm has filed a patent for technology that allows users to make two separate calls simultaneously, without putting either on hold or resorting to conference calls. This involves the use of one main device, and one auxiliary device (like a bluetooth headset), to allow the same phone to be used for two different calls simultaneously.
