At CES 2016, Qualcomm has announced a Smart Home Reference Platform which is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 processor. The processor, boasting of 4x 1.3 GHz ARM7 CPU and Adreno 304 GPU, is designed to provide computing, audio, display, camera, voice recognition, connectivity and control capabilities for home control hubs and smart speakers.
