T-Mobile’s Binge On feature has been under a lot of heavy fire since it was revealed that they throttle all video bandwidth to 1.5Mbps. The Magenta CEO went as far as to accuse the EFF of stirring up trouble after they confirmed the bandwidth throttling. Legere apologizes to the EFF for those comments and says he looks forward to sitting down to talk with them.
