A report out of Taiwan that cites “unnamed sources in the industry” claims that HTC is planning on spinning off its HTC Vive division into a completely different company. The upcoming VR headset from HTC and Valve is said to be available for purchase in April of this year, with pre-orders starting at the end of February.
