Google Paid Out $200,000+ to Android Security Researchers

Google brought Android into the company’s Vulnerability Reward Program in June of 2015. Since then, they have paid out over $200,000 to researchers who helped keep the mobile operating system secure. Google even paid out their largest single VRP payment to an Android security researcher last year, which amounted to $37,500.
