In an open letter addressed to GitHub, developers and maintainers of some of the largest code libraries and languages complained about the lack of response from GitHub on their feedback. The letter states that feedback on needed features either disappears or gets a minimal and non-committal response. This lackadaisical attitude has led to buildup of frustration amongst a lot of prominent users.
