The Netherlands Forensic Institute handles most of the forensic investigations in criminal cases throughout the Netherlands. They claim to be using a piece of software developed by a private company named Cellebrite. With this software, they said they are able to access deleted messages and PGP encrypted emails that were read on these BlackBerry devices.
