Sony Xperia Z is the flagship device from early 2013. Unfortunately, the Japanese OEM decided to drop the AOSP support for this device. XDA Recognized Developer Olivier managed to build an alpha version of CyanogenMod 13.0. Android 6.0 is quite functional as only the camera is broken.
