A new work-in-progress version of SuperSU has been posted by XDA Senior Recognized Developer Chainfire. Version 2.64 brings lots of fixes, mostly to the systemless root method used for Android Marshmallow. You can find a full changelog in this post. According to Chainfire this version will most likely become an official beta and replace version 2.52. More in the thread.
