Almost 5 years after Apple originally filed the patent infringement complaint, Samsung has finally agreed to pay after going back and forth with appeal after appeal. In a recent statement, Samsung says they will pay Apple $548 Million in damages. Samsung says they “reserve all rights to obtain reimbursement from Apple”, but Apple says it “disputes Samsung’s asserted rights to reimbursement.”
