The Android Wear 1.4.0 update is bringing some new gestures. We can take an action on the active card by holding our arm out in front of us, quickly dropping it down and then slowly bringing it back up. While viewing the watch face, this same gesture will open the apps menu. Google lists these and a few more in their updated support documents.
