A bug within the Gmail application for Android lets you change your email address to anything you want it to be. To trigger the bug, go into the Settings and change the ‘Display Name’ to something like “”[email protected]” with two quotation marks at the beginning. This will cause the real name to be hidden and the receiver won’t be able to reveal it.
