Tasker, the most popular and complex Android automation app, has received a new beta update that fixes many issues stemming from the Marshmallow update. Because Tasker requires so many permissions and sensors, it’s no surprise that 6.0’s doze mode interferes with Tasker. An interesting new feature is the Cyanogenmod custom Tasker tile, which allows you to create your own tile to launch Tasker tasks.
