Samsung has launched the second-Tizen OS based device, the Z3. The device sports a 5″ HD display, a Spreadtrum 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM. The phone also has a 8MP rear and 5MP front camera, along with a 2,600 mAh battery. The Z3 runs on Tizen OS 2.4 and will be available exclusively on Snapdeal (India) for Rs. 8,490 ($130).
